Rachel is the Senior Property Manager at XAG Group, overseeing 112,591 square feet of Class A retail space spread across Fort Bend and Brazoria Counties. Her responsibilities include managing retail spaces ranging from 8,000 to 20,000 square feet, ensuring optimal operations and tenant satisfaction.

Rachel began her career with Hines in 2005, where she accumulated over 15 years of experience in property management. She played a crucial role in transitioning property management from Hines to Transwestern at Pennzoil Place in 2007, where she continued to contribute for six years. Rachel's previous role as Business Manager of Administration and Operations for BMO Capital Markets and Scotia Bank expanded her expertise in comprehensive facility management, including space planning and tenant improvements. Her return to Transwestern in 2019 saw her managing major properties like 1800 West Loop South and 2000 St. James Place, along with Carmel Park. She is adept at daily building operations, vendor management, and financial reporting using MRI and Yardi.

Rachel is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Her interests include watching baseball, fishing, hunting, and raising cattle.
