Mr. Wynne is the Development Manager at XAG Group, playing a critical role overseeing the development pipeline with extensive hands-on oversight from initial feasibility to project disposition. Mr. Wynne’s professional experience and creative mind allows him to identify best-use development opportunities during initial feasibility, to which he identifies efficient plans to maximize property development opportunity. Mr. Wynne plays a key role in the design phase maintaining building efficiency, identifying cost savings, while also integrating value-add opportunities to finalize the XAG quality of product. In addition, Mr. Wynne is involved in day-to-day activities with General Contractors ensuring project timelines identifying constraint points and mitigating risk to ensure fluid project turnover. During the project turnover phase Bryan works hand-in-hand with the Management company ensuring project level quality is maintained and tenant experience is prioritized.

Prior to joining XAG Group, Mr. Wynne led targeted multi-family developments with Hines, one of the largest, and globally admired privately held real estate investors and managers in the world. There he led the concurrent development of over 1,700 units with a collective value in excess of $370 million. Mr. Wynne’s expertise encompasses high-rise residential properties, high-density wrap projects, and class "A" garden-style apartments.
